It’s slower paced and there are puzzles, but Capcom still managed to screw that up. Ada’s campaign is easily the most boring thing I’ve ever played in a Resident Evil game. He reminded me of Nemesis, but not as cool.
The best part of Jake’s campaign was the boss, Ustanak. Jake’s campaign had some fun moments but is straight up action and is just not very good. Chris’ campaign plays kind of like a military shooter and has some fun moments, but fails overall. Leon tries to be more of a horror/action game and is good for the first four chapters, but ends on one of the most ridiculous boss fights I have ever seen in the franchise. The story has four campaigns, Leon, Chris, Jake, and Ada. The story is so over-the-top and convoluted that it’s obvious that Capcom forgot what Resident Evil great.
